From the m6 South.
Junction 13 (Stafford). A518 to Uttoxeter. A50 (signposted M1) onto A515 signposted Ashourne. In Ashbourne, follow A515 signposted Buxton, then 1 mile after please turn left, signposted Thorpe, Dovedale & Ilam. Continue for approx 3 miles and turn left immediately after the Dog & Partridge Pub. The hotel lies at the bottom of the descent on the right hand side.
M1 Junction 24.
Take A50 for approx. 20 miles and then turn onto A515 heading towards Ashbourne. Follow route as above from Ashbourne.
M5
Join M6 (London). Pick up A34 at Junction 7. Head towards Lichfield via A4041, onto A542, then A461 to A51 away from Lichfield and A515 (Ashbourne).Follow as above.
M40 / M42
Pick up A446 at M42 Junction 9 and then A38 to Lichfield. Followed by A51 and A515 Ashbourne as above.
From the North.
M6 Junction 16.
Take A500 (signposted Stoke), then A53, signposted Leek. Onto A5010 and then A50 (signposted Uttoxeter) before picking up A52 (Ashbourne). At Ashbourne pick up route as above.
M1 Junction 28.
A38 signposted Derby and A610 signposted Matlock. After 3 miles take A6 signposted Matlock then pick up A5012 at Cromford. After 8 miles turn left onto A515 Ashbourne. Approx. six miles on there is a right hand turning (brown Tourist Information sign) tpwards Thorpe Dovedale & Ilam. At the T-junction (Dog & Partridge pub) turn right then immedaitely left. The hotel lies at the bottom of the descent on the right hand side. M60 Junction 1 (Stockport).
A6 to Buxton.
At Buxton take A515 to Ashbourne. Approx. 15 miles on please take the right hand tuning (Tourist Information sign to Thorpe, Dovedale & Ilam) and follow as above.
