Travel information

Warren Cottage is situated in a very quiet area but just a few moments drive from motorway access and all other major routes. Leave the m20 at Junction 10 and take the b2164 Kennington Road going towards Canterbury. After just a few hundred yards, turn right into The Street where Warren Cottage can be found on the left.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 25 will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 25 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 9 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
