Warren Cottage is situated in a very quiet area but just a few moments drive from motorway access and all other major routes. Leave the m20 at Junction 10 and take the b2164 Kennington Road going towards Canterbury. After just a few hundred yards, turn right into The Street where Warren Cottage can be found on the left.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 25.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 25 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 9 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
