By Car: - Take the M20. - Exit at junction 9. - Head towards Ashford Town Centre via Fourgers Way. - At the first roundabout, take the second exit into Maidstone Road. - Continue onto the second roundabout and double back on yourself, following the signs towards the M20. - As you go around a sharp right turn, move into the inside lane. - As you go around the next left corner, pull straight into the slip road outside the house.

There are many wildlife centres in this part of Kent, Howletts and Port Lympne Zoos to name a couple. Nearby historic beauty spots are Leeds Castle, Willsborough Windmill, Canterbury Cathedral and the beautiful Medieval town of Rye. Romney Marsh, with its world famous miniature steam trains and beautiful sandy beaches, is literally just down the road

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 3 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
