By Car: From the m20 (Junction 10) take the first exit left and follow sign a28 to Canterbury. From the m20 (Junction 9) at first roundabout turn left and pick up signs for Kennington & Canterbury a28. By Train: Ashford International Station is just six minutes from the hotel. Links to Ashford from London are on the Charing Cross/Victoria and Waterloo lines. By Air: the hotel is located one hour and twenty minutes from Heathrow and one hour from Gatwick Airport.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
