Travel information

From the m6 Exit junction 6, take the a38 (m) City Centre sign, follow signs for Inner Ring Road West, m5 and Kidderminster. Then take signs for a456 Edgbaston and Ladywood. This leads onto the Hagley Road, the hotel is on the right. (1 miles) From the M5 Exit junction 3, take the A456 Birmingham West sign, this road leads onto Hagley Road, the hotel is approximately 4 miles on the left. From the M40 Continue to the end on the M40, join M42 West (Bromsgrove) join M5.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
