By Train (from Waverley Station 1.9 km / 1.2 miles): From the station exit, onto Princes Street. Turn left at St. Johns Church onto Lothian Road. Take the 3rd left onto Bread Street.

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs GBP 11.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
