Food & Beverages

Enjoy a visit to the Princes Dining Rooms and Bar, which provides fabulous views of the city and serves a cosmopolitan menu to suit all tastes. At the end of the day, unwind and enjoy a drink in the friendly surroundings of the bar. For a lighter meal, room service is available 24 hours a day. Please note there will be limited dining in the restaurant during December.

Room allocation is subject to availability. Non-smoking rooms are on a on-request basis only. The hotel will be undergoing exterior works, commencing on 4 February, for 10 weeks. Scaffolding will be erected across the front of the building, obscuring the view from castle view rooms. Every effort will be made to keep any further disruption to a minimum.

By Road From M8/Glasgow, Continue along the M8 until end of motorway (junction 1) Travel along City Bypass following directions North for approximately half a mile to Gyle/Golgar roundabout. Remain on the A8 into the City Centre of Edinburgh. The hotel is located on the left hand side of Princes Street. No access to hotel by car, nearest drop off point is South St. David Street. From M9/Stirling, Continue along the M9, past junction 1 (no exit) and up to the 'Newbridge' roundabout which connects the M9 with the M8. At the roundabout, turn left onto the A8 towards Edinburgh City Centre Remain on the A8 into the centre of Edinburgh. The hotel is located on the left hand side of Princes Street No access to hotel by car, nearest drop off point is South St. David Street.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
