The hotel requires a security deposit at check-in (either photo ID and credit card, or cash). To use the thermal suite or rooftop hydro-pool, you should reserve them before arrival. Children under 16 have limited access to the swimming pool and cannot use other spa facilities. From January until July 2010, the hotel will be refurbishing all bedrooms. Rooms under refurbishment will be away from rooms used by guests, so this should not affect your stay.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 16.00 per person per night.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 19.00 per person per night.  Buffet breakfast costs GBP 19.00 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
