Area information Public transport is also available to take you into the centre of Edinburgh and to the old Town, where Edinburgh castle and the Royal Mile are situated. The open-top tour-bus can also be picked up close to the hotel. The Royal Yacht Britannia can be accessed easily by using the City Tour Bus, which can be picked up close to the hotel. This is a hop-on/hop-off tour and is an excellent way of getting around the city, also bringing you back to the hotel conveniently.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
