Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs GBP 10 per person per night.  Dinner costs GBP 20 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged GBP 15 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
