A full Scottish breakfast buffet is available at the Argyll Hotel, located directly across the road (additional cost).

Check-in is at our sister property the Argyll Hotel located directly across the road. Check-in is after 14:00 (If you arrive earlier we would be happy to hold your luggage). Check-out is by 11:00. If you are not leaving the city until later we are happy to hold your luggage.

Travel information

The hotel is only 15 minutes by taxi from Glasgow Airport and 5 minutes drive from junction 18 on the M8. It is approximately 5-10 minutes by taxi from Buchanan Street bus station, Glasgow Queen Street and Glasgow Central railway stations. By Car (travelling west on the M8): - After junction 16 enter the fast lane. - Exit junction 18 for Charing Cross/Kelvingrove. - Stay in the right hand lane and go straight ahead to the 2nd set of traffic lights. - Turn right into Berkeley Street. - Turn right into Elderslie Street and then take the1st left into Sauchiehall Street. - The Argyll Guest House is 3 streets away on the right. - Please check-in at the Argyll Hotel located directly across the road on the left.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 6.50 per person.  Breakfast costs GBP 8.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 5 years is charged GBP 5.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 6 to 12 years is charged GBP 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
