Everywhere are signs of the building's previous life as a corn mill. Some walls are hung with photographs of the mill during its conversion; many rooms feature large mill windows with wooden shutters; others have remnants of the mills pulleys, wheels and girders in the ceilings and walls; and some have seating areas that overhang the water’s edge.

By Train: Walk along Boar Lane to the Corn Exchange building; turn right at Pizza Express; turn left and the hotel façade can be seen on The Calls Landing. By Car: - Follow the signs towards Leeds’ city centre and pick up the city centre loop road. - Exit the city centre loop road at junction 15 (after Parish Church). - The hotel is on the left-hand side. Parking: The nearest car park to the hotel is the NCP located on New York Street. You are more than welcome to drop your luggage off at the hotel before parking your car. A 24-hour parking ticket for this car park is available from reception at a discounted rate.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 11.50 per person per night.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 14.75 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
