By car: - Exit the M621 at junction 2 and take the A643 (Wetherby, Harrogate and York). - At the next large roundabout, take the 3rd exit for the A58(M) and follow signs for the A65. The hotel is across the dual carriageway on the right.
If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
No deposit will be charged.

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
All children are welcome. One child under 19 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
