Travel information

The parking bay opposite the hotel is for drop-off only. The car park for the hotel is called Q Park and is a further 150 metres down Swinegate, on the left-hand side of the road, just past BiBis restaurant. It is a multi-storey car park, not the adjacent flat, uncovered car park. On departing the hotel please ask for a voucher that will ensure on leaving the car park that overnight charges are deducted. The hotel covers all overnight charges between 17:00 and 09:00 only.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs GBP 10.95 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20 per night per person for extra beds.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
