Travel information

Cardiff Hotel is 2 minutes walk from Paddington Station, the terminus of the Heathrow Express. You can travel to Heathrow Airport in 15 minutes aboard the Heathrow Express Train. The Heathrow Express runs from 05:00 to 23:40. By Car: - Take the M40 as far as the Paddington turn off. - Take the 1st left into Bishops Bridge Road and drive down the side of the station until the next set of traffic lights, where you need to make a left turn into Praed Street. - Next take the 1st right into London Street, where you see the Burger King, and then the 1st left into Norfolk Square. Cardiff Hotel is inside the congestion charging zone.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.
