Paddington station, the Heathrow Express, Queensway Underground station, the a2 Airbus and other bus routes, are all within easy walking distance. (Nb There is no lift unfortunately, therefore guests with mobility problems are advised to let us know so we can reserve a lower floor room).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
