When booking, you must give your expected arrival time. Classic Hotel will add an additional cost to all payments made by credit card. The card holder must bring the credit/debit card they have booked with for verification. Otherwise, payment in full will be required. All payments are required on arrival.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further children under 4 years are charged GBP 15 per night per person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
