Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 5.99 per night per child under 10 years.  Continental breakfast costs GBP 8.99 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10 per night per person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
