Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 21.00 per person per night.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 25.00 per person per night.  Buffet breakfast costs GBP 22.75 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
