Payment Information (Multiple Bookings): If you make a reservation for 9 rooms or more, The Hyde Hotel will charge your credit card with 25% of the total booking cost. This amount is non-refundable. The remaining 75% will be charged to your credit card 14 days before your arrival date. Cancellation Policy (Multiple Bookings): If you make a reservation for 9 rooms or more, cancellations made less than 28 days before arrival will result in The Hyde Hotel charging your credit card with the cost of the entire reservation.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included and costs GBP 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
