By Public Transport From Gatwick Airport: The Gatwick Express train service leaves Gatwick Airport every 15 minutes and takes 30 minutes to arrive at Victoria Station. Victoria Station is accessible from the Underground station at Earls Court. From London Heathrow Airport: The Heathrow Express train service leaves Heathrow Airport (terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4) every 15 minutes, and takes 15 minutes to arrive at Paddington Station. From Stansted Airport: The Stansted Express train service leaves Stansted Airport every 15 minutes during the week and every 30 minutes during the weekend. It takes 45 minutes to arrive at Liverpool Street Station.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs GBP 9.50 per person per night.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 12.50 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
