A credit card is required as a guarantee. On Friday and Sunday, the Ascott is closed from 12:00 to 17:00. The reception closes at 22:45 every night. No arrivals will be admitted after this time.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 25 per night per person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 25 per night per person for extra beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
