Rooms

All of our double rooms have en-suite facilities, some with a bath as well as a shower. Most rooms are loft conversions with a modern feel to them, decorated with bright colours and with local art on the walls. Duvets and extra blankets as well as loads of comfortable pillows are provided. The double beds which are huge can also be split into two single rooms if required. If you require two beds you must request for this at the time of booking. Each room is equipped with a television.

Food & Beverages

The provision of a well equipped self service kitchen means that you can prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner if you wish for you and yours. Tea/coffee and toast with jam is provided free of charge all day to all of our guests. We also have occassional barbecues, weather permitting, on our private rooftop decking area. Guests are invited to dine outside if they wish to go al fresco!

Travel information

From Manchester International airport: 15 minutes by train to Piccadilly train station. From Piccadilly Station - 10 minute walk: exit down London Piccadilly and continue for 5 minutes until you come to Oldham Street. Turn right and right again at the second set of traffic lights on the corner of Hilton Street and Oldham Street. We are across the road at no 15. By car: Access from all major motorway routes into Piccadilly then on to Hilton Street.
