Payment Information: All payments must be made directly to the hotel upon check-in. The Hotel will add a surcharge for all credit card payments. Please note that the hotel accepts Visa and Mastercard for booking purposes, however Maestro may be used to pay on arrival. Amex is not accepted at the hotel or for confirmation. From Saturday to Thursday, the hotel reception is open from 07:30 to 22:00. Guests who would like to stay out later than this time may obtain a key/card to the main door for a deposit. The deposit will be returned upon production of a valid receipt. Reception is open all night on Fridays.
Wired internet is available in public areas and costs GBP 1.50 per hour.

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
