From the North: - Take the M6. - Exit at junction 40. - Join the A66 towards Brough. - Take the Appleby turn-off and turn right immediately. - Follow road for half a mile. From the East: - Take the A1 (Scotch Corner). - Join the follow A66 towards Penrith. - Take the Appleby turn-off. - Follow road for two-thirds of a mile. - Take the first right. - Take the second left. - Follow the road for a quarter of a mile. From the South: - Take the M6. - Exit at junction 38. - Take the B6260 to Appleby. - Drive through the town to a T-Junction; turn left. - Take the first right. - Follow road for two thirds of a mile. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
