Travel information By Road: From Exeter (North) take a38 towards Plymouth and exit on a384 towards Totnes. At traffic lights in Totnes, turn right onto a381. After approx 10 miles (5 miles past 'The Mounts') turn left at Buckland Tout Saints brown tourism sign, then follow sings to Hotel. From Plymouth (south), take the a379 towards Kingsbridge and after Aveton Gifford bridge climb steep hill and take first left at next roundabout, then cross main road and left again at following roundabout. After half a mile turn right at Buckland Tout Saints brown tourism sign, then follow signs to Hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included. 5 % service charge per room per night is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. One child or adult is charged GBP 30 per night in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
