Please note that budget rooms are located on the lower ground floor and third floor only. The hotel does not have a lift. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are available on request. Some en suite rooms (3 rooms out of 18) are located on the lower ground floor.

Payment Information: The hotel also accepts payment in EUR (at the daily exchange rate according to Barclays Bank). A 5% surcharge applies to any card payments (including debit cards). One night's payment can be charged for reservations made from a visa-required country and this booking charge is not-refundable. Check-In Information: Late check-ins (after midnight) are possible, however if you are due to arrive later than 00:00, please contact reception in advance and inform them of your estimated time of arrival. Contact details are supplied on your confirmation email. Breakfast is available 07:00 - 09:00 on weekdays, and 07:30 - 09:30 on weekends. When booking for 6 nights or more, the hotel charges the first night as a non-refundable deposit.

On Foot: From Kings Cross Station: - As soon as you come out of the station you should be able to see Euston Road and, on the other side, a tall, modern building (Camden Town Hall); cross Euston Road and walk towards Camden Town Hall, which is in a corner. - The side street with Camden Town Hall is Argyle Street. - Once here you should be able to see the hotel's sign .

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
