The Dining Room, with a non-smoking policy, overlooks the Castell Valley and the secluded beer garden is an ideal place to relax. The cosy, well-stocked bar offers a warm and homely feeling with an adjacent games room, where you can have a game of pool or darts, and an open fire. Families are welcome, with reduced rates for children. We pride ourselves on our reputation for excellent, traditional home cooked meals, whether your preference is for a snack or a full meal (with around 30 dishes to choose from), complemented with fine wine from our cellars. Vegetarians are also well catered for.

Travel information By road - The hotel is 12 miles east of Aberystwyth on the A44. Cardiff, Saint David's, Pembrokeshire Coast, Snowdonia, Chester, the Midlands, Severn Bridge, Worcester, Manchester and Liverpool are all just over 2 to 3 hours away. Additionally, we are situated 20 minutes east of Aberystwyth Street on the A44.

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
