Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 40 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 40 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs GBP 33 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 7.50 per night per person for cots.  All further older children or adults are charged GBP 10 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
