By Car: - Take the M25. - Exit at junction 15. - Join the M4 heading eastbound toward London/Heathrow. - Exit at junction 3. - Join the A312 toward Feltham/Hampton. - Continue for approximately 2.5 miles until you come to a crossroads with the A244; go straight over and the guest house is between the 8th and 9th traffic lights, on your right-hand side at number 1, Oxbridge Road.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
