Kingshouse is 12 miles (19.3 km) north of the town of Callander on the A84, within The Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park. The Kingshous eis on the 'Rob Roy Way' walk, not the 'West Highland Way'.
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
No deposit will be charged.
17.5 % VAT is included. 5 % service charge per room per night is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Breakfast is included in the room rate.
All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5 per night per person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 5 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
