Cancellation policy

Reservations must be cancelled 14 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night accommodations will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 10:00. Lunch is served from 12:00 until 14:00. Dinner is served from 19:00 until 21:00. Price of Full English Breakfast (if not included in Price of Room): 15 GBP.

As of March 26th 2006 all establishments in Scotland are now non- smoking. Regrettably, we do not allow children under the age of twelve. There are dog kennels available. Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket for dinner.

Travel information

From Perth take the a9 North (signposted Inverness), and travel 15 miles to Dunkeld. Do not exit into Dunkeld, continue for a further 2 miles. Turn left on the b898, which is signposted to Dalguise, Kinnaird and Balnaguard. Follow this road for 4.5 miles and the main gates of Kinnaird will be on your right hand side.
