Travel information

By car: - Take the A40 towards Carmarthen. - Continue on the A40 following signs for Haverfordwest. - Once there, take the A4076 to Milford Haven. - When you reach the end of Great North Road, turn right into Hamilton Terrace. - The Lord Nelson will be on your right. By train (from Milford Haven Station, 500 metres): - Exit the station and bear left past the roundabout onto Victoria Road. - Follow the road around to the left, which will lead you onto Hamilton Road. - The hotel will be a short distance away on your left.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10 per night per person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
