Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 45 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

45 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs GBP 25 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5 per night per person for cots.  All children from 3 to 14 years are charged GBP 25 per night per person for extra beds.  All further older children or adults are charged GBP 40 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
