Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 50 will be charged.  If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 5 years are charged GBP 8 per night per person for extra beds.  All children under 10 years are charged GBP 18 per night per person for extra beds.  All children under 16 years are charged GBP 32 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
