Food & Beverages

Dining in the beautiful Crystal Restaurant is a memorable experience. The beautiful and elegant dining room, which overlooks the landscaped gardens, offers a superb varied menu using fresh local produce wherever possible and complemented by a varied wine list. The restaurant boasts an AA rosette for its cuisine. Residential guests can enjoy breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and it is open for Sunday lunch and for evening dinner for non-residents. The Hunters Bar is well appointed with a cosy atmosphere for pre-dinner drinks or for a lunchtime snack.

Please note that the hotel may host wedding receptions on Friday and Saturday nights with discos until midnight. Building work will be taking place from the 6th September 2010 to the 30th June 2011. All hotel facilities will be open as normal and disruption will be kept to a minimum.

By Car: From London: - Take the M3 heading south. - Join the M27 heading towards Bournemouth and the south coast. - Take exit 1 from the M27, signposted New Forest. - At the first roundabout, take the first exit heading towards the A337. - At the second roundabout, take the third exit (A337/Lyndhurst). - As you join this road, you will see the signs for Bartley Lodge Hotel on the left-hand side. From the A31: - Take the turning for Cadnam/Lyndhurst. - At the first roundabout, take the third exit heading for the A337. - At the second roundabout, take the third exit again on to the A337. - Just as you join this road, you will see the Bartley Lodge Hotel on the left-hand side.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
