Cancellation policy

Reservations must be cancelled one day in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

The inn has retained many of its original features, including exposed oak beams, an original ‘wheel pulley’, ‘dragon ties’, a well, original oak panelling dating back to the 13th Century and Inglenook fireplaces amongst others. Today the inn's interior also features a games room with a pool table, darts board, juke box and games machines. You can arrange to hold any function in the hotel's function room, from the smallest party to the largest wedding. Due to popular demand the hotel now also runs corporate packages. Outside, the hotel's large landscaped garden area, with raised decking, can cater for well over 100 people and has been used for may outdoor parties. The seasonal flowers and hanging baskets add colour and fragrance which enhances the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside. Adjacent to the garden there is an extensive children’s play area, equipped with a play fort, swings, slides, nets and 2 16 foot trampolines with safety nets. The hotel also has a range of outdoor games, including Petanque, garden bowls, garden “Jenga”, garden “Connect 4”, “Swing ball” and many others. Food and Beverage: The inn has 2 bars, 2 restaurants and a coffee bar. The Restaurants offer an extensive selection of delicious dishes and snacks to suit all tastes. Children’s meals, special diets,as well as traditional Sunday lunches are served in the family dining room and formal restaurant. The inn welcomes visitors who require wheelchair access.
