The Swan

The SwanA busy village inn (or pub), The Swan is not a hotel, instead offering bed and breakfast accommodation. We have 7 rooms tastefully decorated, well furnished and equipped with all the modern conveniences that you would expect, including en suite shower rooms. All rooms are outside of the pub in an external courtyard. Some Saturday nights we have entertainment with live music or a disco. Kineton, set between historic places and towns such as Stratford-Upon-Avon, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick and Banbury, is the perfect location to rest your weary legs after visiting all the attractions Warwickshire has to offer.

Rooms

All rooms include their own en suite shower room (there are no baths). The rooms are situated in a courtyard adjacent to the inn, with a car park that is exclusively for the use of residents.

Cancellation policy

Reservations must be cancelled 7 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure reservations. Cancellations and non-arrivals will be charged. Please note: Due to the new licensing laws the doors to the pub have to be closed at 11pm and no one is allowed to gain or re-gain entry. You can gain access to your rooms through the court yard 24 hours daily. We welcome pets on request. Check in between 3pm and 10pm week days and between 2pm and 10pm on weekends; Check out by 10am.
