Please note that the hotel does not currently have a lift. As a Grade II listed building, the hotel is awaiting planning permission. All rooms are accessible via the staircases. The hotel apologises for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Travel information

By Car From Grantham on the A53: - Pass the town centre and pass over the level crossing. Take the 2nd exit on the mini roundabout, signposted A52 Boston / The Docks. - Continue for one mile. At the first set of traffic lights take the right-hand lane and carry straight ahead. At the mini roundabout take the 2nd exit signposted Boston United F.C. - Head straight on at the traffic lights, past ASDA and go over the level crossing. At the immediate roundabout, take the first exit with PC World on the left. - Opposite the West End Cinema, turn left onto Russell Square and follow the road round to the right to the gravel car park on the right-hand side.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10 per night per person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
