If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.  Continental breakfast costs GBP 6.50 per person per night.  Buffet breakfast costs GBP 11.90 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged GBP 15 per night for extra beds.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10 per night for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
