There is no reception desk at the apartments. SACO will contact you by phone with automatic check-in instructions and a contact number. SACO will add an additional cost to all payments made by credit card. For weekend or Christmas bookings, you will be contacted by SACO and will be required to give an additional deposit before your arrival. This is refundable within 14 days of your departure.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.88 per night and person for cots.  All children under 12 years are charged GBP 17.63 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
