Travel information

Nottingham rail station- 0.75 miles. East Midlands Airport- 14 miles. M1 from the North: Exit at junction 26. Follow a610 into Nottingham city centre. M1 from the South: Exit at junction 25. Follow a52 into Nottingham city centre. On reaching city centre, enter the one way system and proceed down the hill (Wollaton Street) keeping in the right hand lane. Turn at the first right.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs GBP 7.50 per person per night.  Dinner costs GBP 15 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
