Las
Alamandas Resort is located midway between Puerto Vallarta and Manzanillo along
the famed "Costalegre" region of Jalisco Mexico's Pacific Coast. Managed as an

The six-villa hideaway (which accommodates a
maximum of 30 guests) is managed like an elegant, private estate where guests
feel completely at home. The villas have high-pitched tile roofs, shaded
terraces and white ceramic floors. Walkways decorated with stone Mosaic wind
though lush tropical gardens.
Each
room is decorated in the jewel-like colors chosen by owner/developer Isabel
Goldsmith-Patiño. A pleasing mix of designs, fabrics, and crafts were selected
from all over Mexico. Rattan sofas upholstered in canary yellow or shocking pink
hold bright-colored embroidered cushions on which to take a siesta. Mexican folk
art hand-painted artifacts enliven each room.
Accommodations include large, hand-painted,
Mexican tile baths featuring oversized tub and shower, bidet, double sinks and
large open shelving, as well as private terraces and full-sized living/dining
areas. All Suites and Deluxe Rooms are furnished with mini bar.
"OASIS" RESTAURANT
A full-service restaurant surrounded by palm trees overlooking the ocean. Meals
are served on the terrace to the beat of Mexican music. In the evenings, the
gardens are illuminated and the terrace is candlelit.
"LA
PALAPA" BEACH CLUB
An oversized, thatched palapa situated by the beach is adjacent to the
fresh-water swimming pool, and serves as a welcomed retreat from the sun. Guests
relax in the shade after tanning on one of many sun beds or while swaying gently
to the Pacific breezes in a palapa-shaded hammock. La Palapa also serves as a
beach bar and an ideal place to enjoy lunch in your bathing suit. Boogie boards
are available for your enjoyment.
SWIMMING POOL
The 60-foot freshwater pool is directly alongside the ocean and is equipped with
message jets for relaxation.
GYM
Fully-equipped with state of the art weight machines and a complete
cardiovascular workout area including treadmill, Stairmaster, Versa Climber and
Lifecycle.
